Dr. Al Rabanera is an award-winning educator, advocate, and educational consultant dedicated to transforming learning environments for all students, especially those historically underserved.

With over 20 years of experience as a math educator and program leader in education, Al specializes in designing equity-centered, student-driven programs that integrate social-emotional learning, identity development, and academic success.

His work focuses on integrating ethical uses of AI in education, building transformative SEL frameworks, and cultivating systems of belonging that help students thrive.
